Transfer of equity

A straight forward transfer of equity transaction is not as involved as a sale or purchase of a property and the timescale for this is around 4 weeks.

The process for transferring your property is as follows:

  • Instruct a conveyancer and deal with file opening procedures.
  • We will obtain Land Registry documents and draft the Transfer Deed.
  • Ask you to sign and arrange a completion date.
  • After completion, an application will be sent to the Land Registry for registration of your ownership.
