Angela McGuckin qualified as a Solicitor in 2007 and has over 20 years of experience dealing with Wills, Probate and Trusts. Angela has worked with many local solicitors over the years building relationships with firms and clients, many of whom she still deals with today.
Sally Sprengel is the Conveyancer who will deal with all your property matters and has over 20 years of experience. Sally has decided, after all these years working as a conveyancing paralegal, to finally gain formal recognition and is currently finalising studies to become a Licensed Conveyancer.
Both Angela and Sally have worked for many years in law firms in the local surrounding areas of Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.
Angela and Sally, are two realistic and grounded professionals with legal knowledge aiming to bring legal services to their local community. Both realise that a legal firm is only as good as the clients that support it. We will be bringing services to support local villages and people. We hope that the ordinary person can access legal advice on their doorstep and banish the impression that legal services are for a select few of society.
All staff within Clay Lane Legal that are not fully qualified, will be supervised by Angela McGuckin.
